CD SAN QUENTIN “San Quentin”

Description

The San Quentin band was founded in 2015 in Węgorzewo, PL and after a few years of activity its line-up has finalized: Mariusz Górski (vocals and lyrics), Michał Czelij (guitar), Mariusz Predenkiewicz (bass) and Maciej Nałysnik (drums).

San Quentin in their own words:
“We present our first long-playing album simply entitled “San Quentin“, which we recorded in Warsaw at “Studio u Marchewy” under the watchful eye of Marcin Mackiewicz. The album contains 9 songs combining a strong rock kick, catchy melodies and Polish lyrics, which Marcin gave a juicy sound. The album includes fast rock shots (including “ADHD”), songs in medium paces (such as “Such a city”) and a single, touching “Wall” (the first single from the album). We have many well-received concerts behind us, incl. at this year’s Naturally Mazury Festival 2021 and Yach Music Festival 2021. The refined sound of the album, polished for months in the rehearsal room, allows us to get maximum energy during concerts ”.

The band’s music is an expression of its members’ fascination with the works of such groups as: Tool, Nirvana or Coma.
